Williams HVAC-Greenwood, MS, My mother shouldn't have to wait for you to check her Wolf stove when there's an apparent issue with the flame being orange instead of blue (natural gas.) The company stated they reached out to you on, still no response. IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS!! I shouldn't have to call from Texas to find out what's going on to get her new stove issues resolved, left you a message; still no response. As expected from backwards antiquated MS.
