  I had a leak in my AC unit. I called and someone came out. He looked at it and said he didn't know exactly what it was, but did something to it. I paid the service fee of $90. He said to call back in 2 days if it still leaked. It not only still leaked, it was worse. I've got water all over the garage. It's been 2 weeks. I've called 4 or 5 times, and each time someone says someone is coming out here, OR they will call. I've gotten no visit and no call. Now I have rats in my garage. I called today, and I told the gentleman if I treated my customers like this, I wouldn't have a business. He started screaming and hung up the phone. IF YOU ARE GOING TO OPERATE A BUSINESS AND IT BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BETTER TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER LIKE THEY'RE YOUR ONLY CUSTOMER. This is the first review and rating I've ever left on the internet, because I'm normally really understanding, but this one was really bad.
