  Had a leaking valve in the basement. He was over within 20 minutes and fixed the problem! Very thorough at explaining what he was doing and very reasonable on the price. Will use again without a doubt!!!!

  Best plumber in Pittsfield, MA! This is a great plumbing company, I called William Jones Plumbing and Heating Pittsfield and someone was at my house within 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with all of their work and the prices. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality work
