  They install my heating and A/C, exactly 28 days after my one year in the house the A/C stop working on the second floor. I called and they say they recommend I call during business hours Monday-Thursday (SMH) they only dispatch tech out if you are within the one year warranty (crazy). WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.

  Installed our HVAC for our new build home, broke once during first year, then again after year two (very expensive repair). they couldn’t care less about helping and refused the second time. stay away from a company that won’t stand by their workmanship especially in these type of scenarios.

  Have used this team for the past two years. Professional and responsive. Ask for John Anderson, he is the best HVAC tech I have ever worked with. Metcalfe should reward his professionalism and customer care, non better!!
