  Really poor communication and they wrote my issue as resolved when it was not. I went 7 months without my dishwasher because of them and finally had to go to somebody else.

  Be careful when calling this company if you live in Lexington. I got a bill 2 weeks after the tech came out because they have an “extra charge” to travel to Lexington. The tech that came out was great.

  My tech's were the greatest. They were professional and worked very hard with the hot temps outside and inside. All i can say is i aprreciated them so much. For my new unit installed it works great and is so quiet. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You two were the best.
