  I had the pleasure of meeting Dana Bacon today. He thoroughly (far more so than two other similarly rated companies) inspected our system, provide detailed rationales for suggested upgrades, and provided multiple repair/replacement options with benefits/drawbacks of each option. All with no pressure! I genuinely felt he wanted to educate me in a non-condescending way to have a better understanding of our system and options so that I choose the best decision for our home and our family. Great interaction!

Patrick Hall was extremely professional, courteous, and timely, and explained everything thoroughly, both in terms of equipment functionality and costs, before suggesting repairs and improvements. I appreciated his skill and integrity, and am proud to be a Willard customer!

  Manny and Michael went above and beyond when they came to clean all of our ducts and blower motor. They were very nice and very professional, showed up on time, was very diligent and thorough. Y'ALL, they moved our huge, very heavy bed out of the way so the could get to one of the vents and while it was moved, they vacuumed under my bed!! Who does that? So yea, I would recommend them and no one else. 5 star service??? Most definitely! Thanks Manny and Michael!!!
