  The people are nice and they do answer phones, but it was all phone tag. We had to put money down for a new AC unit which we ended up going with another company, and Wiley Heating did refund our money in full without any difficulty. I think it was just busy season for air conditioning but we couldn't wait because of medical reasons to get the air conditioning installed. They are nice people. The time we spent waiting was too long, thus the two stars, no other reason for the two stars.

  They replaced our water pressure valve on our hot water tank....very nice people...came right out and replaced it very quickly we will be doin business with them again...
