  They are fast, reliable and reasonable. I had a water heater and expansion tank installed. I had a flood in my basement which knocked out my new water heater. They came twice to relight it because I was having trouble and only charged me for the 2nd call. Always polite when I call and so are the men who come out to do the service.

  They are knowledgeable on it. I was very happy with the service and will use them again. They don't nickel and dime you. Brad and Jason are good people. They truly want to help.

  Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Left standing water that smelled awful in a sink for over a week with no contact letting me know what was going on. Another plumber then came and fixed it promptly. Wilbur Henry then charged $100 for their visit and did nothing for the problem. I would not recommend this company.
