These folks are great. Very professional and help with your needs. They were very instrumental with Covid19 vaccine and the follow up. It's neat, clean and organized. Please have patience with the upcoming booster shot rollout. If we all work with the Whitfield County Health Department,  the easier it will be on the entire community. Job well done!!!!!!!!

They stop giving vaccines and boosters at 3pm. They told me to go somewhere else to get it. Complete waste of time and resources. Just go to Walgreens or CVS.

Okay so a couple of the ladies have a little attitude... so do I sometimes! But we all do our jobs well. 💅🏼💁🏻‍♀️ Everyone else was also super nice. This is honestly what I imagine when I think of a county health department, and then some. I have yet to experience any kind of "wait time." The practitioners are the SWEETEST. The building itself is updated, maintained, and... beautiful, tbh. I don't necessarily get the men (soldiers???) dressed in camo(?) at the entrance doing COVID screenings but that doesn't mean I'm not here for it!

Fast, efficient, pleasant, and polite service during a difficult time for many.  An excellent example of public service and community engagement.  Well done, Whitfield County.

From the uniformed NCO (Go Army) checking symptoms at the upper level entrance to the volunteers, medical professionals in scrubs and staff, everyone I encountered was courteous, competent, and delivered instructions quickly without rushing or sounding impatient with the process.  Masks/PPE are often unpleasant but everyone was wearing at minimum a face-covering - leading by example matters if it's policy in the building for those without exemptions. (well done)

I arrived five minutes prior to my appointment time and, including the wait time for self-check on any potential reaction, I was only there for 25 minutes.  Can't beat that for efficiency.

I've come to believe that Chick-Fil-A has one of the best high volume service plans but Whitfield County's Health Department definitely has this process down to an easy routine.  Kudos.

I was laid off, so I had to resort to the dental clinic here. The two receptionists are incredibly rude. They tried to insinuate that I was lying about taking my antibiotics. A month prior, I was prescribed 10 antibiotics due to my need for two root canals. I came back the next month due to pain and I was met with ignorance. 10 antibiotics will not last you a month. I’ve never been made to feel like such a criminal. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
