  I used them for an boiler startup and everything was fine. Then a month later I called back because my boiler went out. I was told a technician would call me back. I didn't hear back from them so the next day I called again and didn't get an answer, then called back a dozen times and never returned my calls or messages and even Facebook messages. I've been without heat for 2 weeks now. Eventually I left a bad review on Facebook and THAT was what they finally responded to, and their response blamed me for not having a service contract with them. Don't bother because they will not treat you like a priority.

  Called them on a Sunday to check out a forced hot air system and the technician replaced a AC to 24V DC transformer and a safety switch. Diagnosis was a bad gas valve priced at $600 which you can get on Amazon for around $85. Constantly trying to upsell service, replace furnace etc. Problem turned out to be a bad 24V connection to the gas valve and once contact was cleaned the furnace works fine. Do not use this company as they are not competent or ethical.

  We'd call several companies in Albuquerque and they weren't available to give us a Date on the same week, whitePolar-->(jay) was available to install the thermostat with internet,database and analysis in 35 minutes the same Day!
