We purchased a new Mainline gas package from White Mountain, in June 2020. Everything was great till this last month. I have been having a technical problem that may be related to my Wi-Fi thermostat or the Mainline unit itself. I have really been impressed with two technicians that were sent out to help fix this issue. Both Clint and James have been really patient with us and very professional in looking into the problem I am also impressed with the quick response afforded us in looking into this issue. Great People and great response.

Carlos is an excellent technician, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Carlos was able to promptly diagnose and provide repair to a furnace burner failure eliminating the cost of having to purchase an entire new unit. The repair cost was very minimal. I thanked Carlos for his professionalism and technical knowledge. I highly recommend Carlos to call upon from White Mountain Heating & Cooling. Carlos is Best of the Best! They have earned me as a long term customer.

Laura was awesome to schedule us right away! We had a heater maintenance service and Carlos was great! He called prior to advise how soon he would be at our home. He was super friendly and efficient! Definitely happy with the service and will continue to use them! Thanks Laura and Carlos!
