I contacted this company to assess the safety and health of my furnace. The appointment was easy to set up, Brent Hiles showed up on time and was meticulous with examining my system and explaining my options. He was personable, cognizant of safety and cleanliness measures such as shoe covers and wearing a mask, professional and polite. Although I am not quite ready to decide which furnace to purchase and have installed, the degree of detail that Brent presented during our meeting and subsequently emailed to me was over and above anything else I have experienced with my previous company. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

Everyone we encountered throughout our HVAC installation were very professional, polite and answered any and all questions we had throughout the process. White Mechanical inspected a heater that I had been told needed replacement. The White tech looked over the system and said it was in very good shape. No charge for the inspection.
Honest, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
