  Since when do you only sale to HVAC contractors? Nothing in the state of Idaho regulations say anything about this. It's a choice of a group of individuals and businesses around the Idaho Falls area that have come up with this stupid rule. Anything this business sales or any other business that implements this rule you can find on Amazon or the web, for much cheaper.

We are sorry that you dislike that, but we have many recommendations on where you can find product, technicians or estimates if it will help. I'm sure we did not share any pricing with you, because it is against our policy to provide pricing to anybody but HVAC businesses. Any comments about pricing have no basis.
