  We had an old Oil tank that needed replacement in a house that was going to be sold in 4 days. Rachel handled every aspect of the transaction in a timely manner leading to a successful transaction. Al came out the next day for an estimate and a crew was in the very next day to install a new double walled tank - they did this on a second shift finishing it at 10 PM. No other company could have accomplished this so efficiently.

  Had a situation in which I forgot to check my oil and found it at 1/8th full. Called West Side after hours and they immediately put me in as a priority refill during a snowstorm, no questions ask. They seem like really good people and I would highly recommend.
