  I have been so impressed with how responsive and prompt West Mechanical Services is. They even came out on Dec. 24 to troubleshoot a problem we were having with our propane heating system. I have also had them install a new switch in our gas fireplace and a new hot water heater.

  West Mechanical Services in Neosho, MO, initially installed my new system two years ago. They were able to meet the size limitations of this old home while installing a high efficiency furnace and a/c system. I was extremely pleased then. I am even more please since they came out and accomplished routine maintenance to get the system ready for the winter season. They found I needed to change my filter although it was only about a month old. Recent storms, dust, land clearing around my house contributed to the filter being clogged which was causing my air handler to work too hard. They will continue to be our "go to" team because they're local, excellent service folks, and understanding of our needs.
