Honest people!!! I've had other company's always trying to sell things I Diddn't need... I called Mikey at West Coast... and he sent someone out boom fixed there is no need to put up with a salesman in a uniform. They are just real people making a honest living.. as long as they are in business. They are my company. They are a very small company though so a little extra patience is a virtue but personally I'm cool as a cucumber....I love West Coast home of the REPAIRMAN!!!!

Honest and knowledgeable! Andy came out and fixed our issue in minutes then showed me how to keep it from happening again. No gimmicks or BS trying to run up the bill. Hope I don't have to, but would definitely use them again!

Honest, thorough, personable. At no time did I feel West Coast Air was pushing to replace my unit. They were replacing pounds of refrigerant and assured me we could get by. As not to get stuck in with a system that might go down during the busy install season and we decided to schedule ahead and replace the system. West Coast Air was neat and thorough, and the price was fair. We never saw the unit on the roof, but two years later, we were getting a ceiling vibration and we wanted to be sure it wasn't our unit. With approval, I went up on the roof with the technician to see that our system was mounted on a hurricane resistant cement platform with stacks of rubber pads to minimize vibration. I understand they are now using a "resolite" foam material that is even better at reducing ceiling vibration. We did see outdated units that may be causing the vibrations. If you use West Coast for installing a new unit, rest assured they will do it right. Don't forget to ask about the "Resolite" foam mounting pad". Your neighbors will be happy too. A Side Note: Let the buyer beware: While on the roof, there was another brand new unit (installed by ANOTHER company) not installed to code. Not mounted on the required cement hurricane block but on two by fours. I bet they paid less. The owners wouldn't know this as owners typically don't go on the roof . Be sure to ask your installer to take pictures of the roof installation.
