  Josh and Ty from West Allis Heating did a phenomenal job on my install! I had a brand new furnace installed a couple of weeks ago, as well as additional heating ducts added in my basement, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The crews working in my home were clean, courteous, and professional. They were also very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. They removed the old unit and installed the new. If it weren’t for the fact that there’s a new furnace in my home and that I was there to see it go in, you wouldn’t have even known they were there. They cleaned up and left everything in perfect working order! The office staff was always polite and professional in phone calls as well. The new system is working great!

  Our furnace went out on a Saturday and we called West Allis Heating to come take a look. Clarence came out within a few hours and was able to provide us with several options so we could make the best decision for our home. He was fantastic! We decided to get a new furnace and it was installed today (Tuesday). The services performed were so well done and our technicians were professional and respectful. They were extremely knowledgeable as well and took the time to answer all my questions and show me to to use our new furnace and humidifier. Mike and Damyon were our techs - ask for them! Huge thanks to them and the West Allis Heating and AC team for overall amazing service and care!

  Excellent service from the front desk folks to the servicemen. Always polite, prompt and knowledgeable. We have had them service our 28+ year old Furnace and AC, and then when it came time to replace them, we without question, hired West Allis Heating and Air Conditioning to do the work. They stand behind their products and service work. Honest and forthright, we highly.recommend a local, family orientated, veteran proud company. 🇺🇲
