  My heat pump was not making enough heat. Wes's was able to show up the next day. The technician, Chris, was able to diagnose the issue quickly and educated me on other details of my system. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Very happy with the service.

  I called to inquire about having my furnace serviced as it isn't working and it's november.... after an extremely brief conversation I was told that since I didn't know the manufacturer of my furnace offhand that "sorry, we can't help you" I try to be understanding, but I feel a little bit of customer service could have helped out as I may be in the market to just purchase a brand new unit... they, however will not be receiving MY buisness....

  Sorry we were unable to help you at the time of your need. Unfortunately that was a day we were overwhelmed with our existing customers that we installed their systems with no heat. And rather than lie to you I would rather have you call another company that could help you get your heat fixed in a more timely fashion than we could.
