Mr. Wells went out of his way to solve the problems my mini-split unit was having. He repaired the unit and charged a very fair price. A true professional! I can't recommend him enough.

  Just got off the phone. Said he had already spent too much time on the phone with small problems and just didnt have time to make a service call, too busy. What can I say. Update: Sure, I wanted to buy a part...whats wrong with buying a common part?

  I apologize you did not understand that I am extremely busy with my current customers and could not take on any new customers at this time. It is the only way I can continue to provide the service that my customers have come to know. Also, you did not want my Service you wanted my expertise to help you find a part and sell you only the part. That is when I said I didn't have the time to search for your part. I hope you are able to find your part. Thanks
