  Had an Emergency used the Emergency phone number left message with no call back. When I finally got through to customer service was given the runaround. This was after they worked on the furnace yesterday. Not one apology.

  I have used Wellington Indoor Comfort for years. They have been amazing! Customer service is excellent, as is the quality of their work. I will call nobody else for any heating, A/C, or plumbing needs.
