  Great value as I got multiple estimates for replacing my furnace and they had the best price for the options. They were able to install it within 1-2 days from the inquiry. Did a nice job overall. They filed the rebate paperwork with Centerpoint for me which was nice. I didn’t have to do any of it. Stacey (I believe she manages the client paperwork/files/processing rebates) has always been very quick to respond for any follow up needs and she is very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to people!

  John and his crew have always been extremely responsive and provided quality service. I have had him work on my fireplace, install new in floor heat and boiler in my garage, replace a furnace in my house and service my AC unit. I highly recommend him to friends and family, and I will continue to use McChesney in the future.

  I texted John one cool fall Monday morning to schedule my fall tune-up on my furnace. He responded within minutes saying that he could get one of his guys out at 9 am. I thought, "wow, that sure is early" then it was only then that I realized it was before 7 am. Oops! His guy showed up and introduced himself. I told him the furnace was downstairs, the kitchen counter was upstairs, and that he should leave the bill on the counter, lock the door on his way out, and not let the dog out- I had to go. As a general contractor/inspector, I have dealt with many, many contractors with varying degrees of professionalism, technical skills, and communication skills. John and his team knock my socks off, every single time! I have had several other wonderful experiences with McChesney's Heating and Air Conditioning that I truly believe I wouldn't experience anywhere else!
