  First and foremost I want to say I really appreciated the clear and responsive communication from this company. I worked with Rob on a blind recommendation from a friend of a friend-and I'm sure glad I called! He was knowledgeable and professional-and truly listened to me when I described what was going on. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and even provided a referral for duct cleaning. I will remain a loyal customer for life! I highly recommend Welch heating & air.

  Welch's did a great job installing our HVAC system about 6 years ago and we've used their services several times since then. Most recently our heat went out last week, on a frigid Sunday night in January. The next morning Rob was there to help within 2 hours of my call, and that was even 2 hours earlier than he had estimated! We had expected the repair to cost hundreds but turns out some wires got too hot and melted, causing a burning smell, then tripped our breakers. Rob fixed it right up, checked over absolutely everything and was kind enough to explain in detail what had happened. All we paid was for an hours worth of his time. Welch's always provides us quality sevice for insanely fair pricing and Rob is extremely courteous and prompt every time. We will continue to use their services in the future and recommend to everyone!

  Last year the blower motor went out in our furnace. The new part was a week out for delivery, but Welch made some calls and had it delivered from another location the following day and we got our home heated again. Great service! Recently our heat pump was having troubles and Rob came out the same day and got it running in no time. For us, Welch Heating and Air is 2 for 2 on service, value, and responsiveness. I confidently recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling service.
