  Over the last few days our unit had not been cooling as well as normal, so we tried calling one individual that was recommended to us by a family. He said, "It will be at least a week, maybe longer." Okay, we can't wait that long. If it is going dry, in a week the compressor could be shot. So I remembered Webb from using them a few years ago. Contacted them LATE in the day Tuesday. Wednesday at noon, they showed. Half an hour later, they had diagnosed the issue, low freon, charged it up and were on their way. I cannot be thankful enough for the quick response and the willingness to care for a customer. They are also thankful for us calling them back. I will never go elsewhere and will quickly recommend them to my friends.

  I waited a week and 1/2 for them and all he did was poor acid down my sink and tell me to go to roto-rooter. The sink is now worse than before. You think being a plumbing business they would have the proper tools of the trade to unstop my sink.

  This place is not taking new customers. I called on 9/7/2021 and the gentleman that answered the phone said they were not taking new customers.
