  Anna and Kirk go above and beyond…. They exceeded my high expectations. I called in the morning, and despite their busy schedule, Kirk fixed my broken furnace that afternoon. Without getting into the details, it was clear that Anna had her hands full attending urgent family needs. Yet, she went out of her way to get me on the schedule. They model what a small business should look like.

  Thank you so much Willie!!! No one understands that our grandson took his life at the age of 14 on 2.18.20 taking our daughter who had worked for us for 30 year out of the office. On top of that having my 84 year old mom who had to came live with us an in April of 2021 and is on home health care has not been easy. At the same time trying to run a business. Thanks so much for understanding.

  Kirk and Anna have the most responsive and technically expert company. They responded immediately on new years day, solved the issue, which took a lot of effort as my furnace is not a mainstream brand. Love Weakland! Kirk fixed the igniter issue, and id'd a root cause. Thanks to them!

  Our furnace died a few years ago on Thanksgiving Day. The owner and his wife came out that day. He diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. and it was snowing. Excellent work; wonderful response; nice people.
