  I called Wayne regarding a leak in my tankless hot water heater. Even though he couldn’t come out he was kind enough to call me twice to give me advice on how to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. I did not end up using him for the fix but was very impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness and willingness to help me. I would certainly use him in the future.

  I had a great experience working with Wayne Pisanchyn. He called me back within minutes of leaving a message with his answering service and was at my home fixing my hot water heater within an hour (on a Saturday morning I might add). The experience I had was the epitome of what dealing with a local, family owner business should be like. Wayne was extremely professional and took care of all of my needs including going above and beyond to fix some smaller issues while he was there. He is knowledgeable and kind...he even brought my kids donuts. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and heating needs.
