They tried their best! They sold me an American Standard AC last year. We complained about the noise it made when the air compressor shut down, it made a loud clank sound. They tried to fix it, when they could not find a problem, they called the factory technician out. Since it operated within normal parameters and they could not determine why it was so loud, they decided to replace the 4SCU13/14 with a 4SCU16LE and told me the noise was due to the compressor being so tight that when it shuts down, it is so abrupt, it will make a noise, which is normal.I have given it a year, I have listened to other brand new units, this unit is still abnormally loud. Watters did try, so their work is not my complaint. My complaint is the product, I am stuck with a unit I am sure will break down prematurely. Do not buy American Standard, their new technology is mediocre at best. You will not be happy. Use Watters, sure, just don't buy American Standard.

Thank you Watters Heat & Air!!!!! Sometime Thursday night our AC went out. I called Watters on Friday morning, but I figured it would be Monday before they could squeeze me in. As I suspected, they were booked solid - but to my wonderful surprise, they stopped by during their lunch time on Friday, looked over my system, replaced a part and were on their way in no time. Thank you for taking care of us, for your prompt and quick service, and mostly for getting my home cool again on one of the hottest days of Spring.

I have a home warranty and sent in a request at 2 A.M. 12/30/14. I spoke with Cody Watters the next morning and he had several repairs ahead of mine but said he would contact me as soon as he was finished. Good to his word I received a call about 1:30 P.M. on 12/31/14 and he was headed to our home and would be there in about 10 minutes. In almost exactly that amount of time he was at the front door. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the fan motor in our central heating system and everything was up and running. Cody was meticulous in his work, obviously took pride in what he was doing and had ample experience to analyze the problem, have a new motor on his truck and completed the repair professionally. Watters will be my new go to company for anything I need repaired in the future. - Thanks
