  Watson saved the day for us! We called an HVAC specialist when our heating system had an issue only to discover that it was improperly wired and unsafe. We were stuck without heat, as no one would touch the system without proper wiring. I called literally every electrician in New Bern only to discover that they were still backed up due to the hurricane: Most larger businesses quoted us as 2-4 months wait, others didn't even return my calls, and the best estimate I was able to get was 2-3 weeks at a cost of over $500! Watson actually had a representative in the local area when I called them, and they were able to arrange same day service to complete the quick job at a fraction of the cost of the local electrician! Their quick, flexible service was the difference between getting my heating fixed in a couple hours and my family being stuck without heat for nearly a month. Thank you, Watson!
