  Mark and his team are always there when I need them. They serve a large area, so it is important to leave a good cell number for them to use to return calls. Above all, they are honest.

  I asked for a quote to replace my until but didn't hear anything back. Now my unit is done and asked for a quote again. I left a voice mail, an email, and a message with the receptionist for a quote, waited 2 days and heard nothing. I email Geothermal Specialist, Inc in LaPorte around 7 pm. I got a phone call and text around 7:20. I set up an appointment and got pre approved for financing before 8pm. Now that is someone who wants $15,000 of my business and is about to take care of customers.
