  One cannot possibly recoup the cost from monthly savings on other energy bills for this very expensive and unreliable equipment. First Water Furnace failed after 9 years; second failed after 13 years. New equipment (28 months old) has failed again. Out of pocket so far more than $36,000. Buyer beware.

  Our 17 y/o HydroHeat system fails us a couple months ago, we decided to change it with a WaterFurnace 7 series. It's been almost 3 weeks now with our new unit, and it is needless to say the 7 series is a game changer. It is impressive the amount of info the system relies and the ease of access to it thanks to the Aurora weblink. Also, power consumption is a fraction compared with our old unit, 100% Recommend water furnace.

  High quality furnace and nice installation. Seems to be a very well built. As long as it lasts I will be happy. Would like to see water furnace enhance the symphony package to include some more of the data for the end user not just the service techs. Would like to have access to refrigerant circuit temps and pressures for trend monitoring.
