  I would never consider using anyone other than Wasatch Heating & Air! They are honest to a fault, operate with extreme integrity and genuinely nice people. I have a home in Salt Lake and live out of town. They know my property, provide me the best advice on my HVAC system and never try to push me towards something that would make them more money. They let me know just to keep maintaining my existing system and when the time comes, to replace it. This company is the best, don't look at any other place, this is the one you can trust!

  We noticed that the hot water heater wasn't working the night before. So, I called a few places first thing this morning. Many didn't answer, one could get me in the next day. However, Wasatch Heating & Air stepped up to bat and serviced the hot water heater the same day, actually that same morning. Within the same of hour of me calling! Call it a stroke of luck...for the same day service... The lady I spoke to was awesome that took my info! And Gregg, service tech was awesome as well! Was in and out within 45 min getting the job done! Being an easy fix and I think!

  I woke up this morning, the day before Thanksgiving and noticed immediately that our furnace wasn't working. Not good since we are hosting turkey dinner at our home this year. I started researching local HVAC companies in the Tooele area and came across Wasatch Heating & Air, Inc. I called and spoke to Allie and she was able to get me on the schedule today. They even went above and beyond and had Nick come to my home on his day off to do the repair. I didn't think I would be able to find anyone to come until at least Friday after the holiday. Nick is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. Nick was in and out of my house in 30 minutes and got my system back up and running in no time. I just found my new HVAC company. I've had experiences with other companies that weren't so great. This company gets a five star review from me and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC repairs. They are honest and won't price gouge you for their work. They also do fantastic work. Thanks again Nick and Allie for the very positive experience.
