  We had Warren Jr. Install a AC unit in June of 2014. Today I noticed a large water bubble in our ceiling and upon investigation discovered that the water was coming from the AC unit. After about 5 calls to different numbers we finally received a call back (it was 2:30 pm on a Monday when this occurred just for context). Warren Jr. Informed us that he would not be able to service the unit until the following morning even though we considered it an emergency. This is not the type of service we expected when we decided to go with Warren AC, whose services had come highly recommended. Obviously, Warren Sr. Was the family member that cared about customer service and providing a quality repairs.... Things change but not always for the better. Stay away from this company!!
