Our heat went out and we were expecting the coldest weather of the season. Appointment for service scheduled quickly and the tech was on time and respectful. Issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly. They also told us we still had a parts warranty on the unit which saved us and the way prices are these days it was a blessing. Reasonable prices and talking with someone they were cheaper than another company I thought about using. I recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Our HVAC system was unable to keep our home cool enough, even though it was still running.  I called Warnky Heating & Cooling, who stopped by that afternoon.  After checking voltage, Francisco isolated the issue to be the yellow wire coming into our thermostat.  Easy fix!

Our property manager had them go to one of our properties to do an A/C service/maintenance as we were between tenants. They were professional, on time and very reasonable pricing. They suggested we sign up for their maintenance/preferred customer plan, which we did. They then retroactively applied the discount to a previous order. When we called from Canada to talk to them, they were responsive, polite and professional. We will be using them for all our properties in the future.

Did a great job replacing my 20 year old unit.
Very hard workers with attention to detail.
As with most larger jobs there were a few hiccups but they took care of them quickly and professionally.
I trust this company to do any work for me.
Also a excellent Management/ Owner, is very easy to work with and explains things so everyone can understand.

The serviceman was pretty nice & them as a company seems really professional, my only issue is the price. They literally charged me almost $200 just to take off my old thermostat & clip a new one on. $99 for the charge to come out & $90 for the thermostat. They didn’t look at my AC, because I had already knew my issue was the thermostat only. I feel like they overcharged me, especially when it only took him 2 minutes. No wiring issue or anything. Complete rip off.

I'm sorry you feel this way but the charge of $85 for the service call was explained when you called in.  I personally told you it was the trip, diagnosis & 15 minutes of labor.  Even if your diagnosis was correct, the technician needed to see and concur, then once the repair was made he cycled and ran tested the system.  The $99 for the thermostat is less than many of our competitors charge and they also charge to install it. What you got for $184 total, was not just a thermostat, but a licensed & insured company, a highly trained technician who arrived in a stocked and insured truck, and a warranty on the product(5-yr) and labor(1-yr) all of which was delivered to your home.  I'm sorry it wasn't in your budget, but I'm sure if you call around you'll find our prices are on the lower end of most companies.  Thank you for your feedback.

Our AC went down right before a long and hot holiday weekend. Suzanne and her staff were all over it and had a new unit installed right away. Her staff was very professional and were able to find us an affordable and high quality replacement. Warnky installed a mini split AC for my sun room. They helped me select the right unit for the room for a great price. The techs were friendly, professional, and worked until the evening to ensure the unit was properly operating. I highly recommend as Warnky has consistently performed quality work at a fair price.

I have used Warnky for the last 3 years to service our A/C. They installed a new A/C system in a previous condo and still service our current system. From the very beginning, they have been fantastic to deal with and provide excellent and professional service. Recently, after much help and counsel provided by Suzanne Warnky  (the owner), we had them provide and install a Honeywell smart/WiFi thermostat. Their always reliable and professional technician - Sean - came out and did the install. Ever since Sean installed the new A/C unit previously mentioned, I always ask for Sean as he's the best. Warnky was recommended by friends of ours when we relocated here a couple years ago. We have been customers of Warnky Heating and Cooling for several years.
Our our old unit was faithfully cleaned and serviced each year but given it was old, it finally needed replacement. Unfortunately, it was during the hottest time of year, FORTUNATELY, Warnky was able to replace it within 2 days! A new pad was required, otherwise it would have been 1 day. Warnky is great, honest and fairly priced.  Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. A couple service calls I made were handled over the phone with no fee! Very trustworthy. We would highly recommend them
