I knew what I wanted. I got help and good information. I measured twice and got the correct appliances, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. I'm pleased with both. I would go again. Note that Warners's Stellians stores are not the same. If you have an older home, go to this store, if you have a newer home , go to the other stores. The refrigerator I got is much larger than the one I replaced, yet it does fit in the same space.

When we realized our washer and dryer needed replacing, we wanted something in stock and with a reasonable price.  Our salesperson was thorough in explaining the features of a new set, we bought it, and it was installed two weeks later.  The delivery guys came on time and did an excellent job.  My new washer and dryer are working well, so thankfully, the coin laundromat lost a customer!

Sales guy was great - not pushy and provided good input into our decisions for a full set of kitchen appliances. Fridge delivery was quick and easy. Super careful to not bang anything up. Haven't had to deal with their service dept yet.

We went in on a Monday night and kept the same salesperson for an hour until the store closed.  Everyone we spoke with was helpful and nice.  The salesperson listened, asked questions, and provided input and suggestions without ever getting pushy.  A promise for a quote in two days took a few hours.  In February 2022 there are major supply issues, do not expect being able to walk in and have multiple appliances delivered within a week.  We are expecting 1-5 months for a four piece kitchen set.  Might be longer....

Our fridge was dying and we were able to get one in stock that was the right size and color (not easy in our older, galley kitchen). We ordered it over the phone and it was delivered in a few days. The sale person and delivery team were great to work with. This is our second appliance purchase from Warner's Stellian.
