Broken railing; Broken promises. If you are a single parent, with limited time, I cannot recommend WS. When my appliance was finally delivered, after numerous phone calls and emails and scheduled delivery dates, etc. my railing was broken by the delivery men. They assured me WS would fix it. Four (4!) months later, my kids have all hurt themselves on the railing because it is still not fixed. My rebate went to the wrong address; I was given wrong delivery dates and times, I had to request off work to schedule things, and since the sale is made, WS has no interest in making things right. They are prompt to take your money; but slow to actually keep or make customers happy. At least the big box stores would have replaced my broken railing by now.

I recently purchased a new dryer at Warners' Stellian and was very happy with the experience from start to finish. My salesperson was very helpful and patient with me as I weighed the pros and cons of each model I was considering, and made no attempts to up-sell me. I opted to have the WS team install the appliance for me, and the installers who delivered and installed the appliance did an awesome job. Would recommend!

We checked out all the big box stores (Bestbuy, Lowes, Home Depot) but eventually purchased a new gas stove at Warners'. Our salesman, Kevin Knops, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We were very happy with the price, delivery, and installation. I would highly recommend the Warners' Stellian Team in Saint Paul.
