My dad bought a $1500 refrigerator. They delivered it on Friday. 5 days after they originally booked the delivery date. It came with over 25 dents in the front, as well as sides. The delivery men took photos and sent them over to their manager. My dad called and spoke to the manger who said he would call back with a resolution. It has been 2 days and no phone call. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will sell you garbage dented appliances and refuse to do anything to fix their mistake! Very horrible customer service and damaged appliances!

Melissa, I'm so sorry for what happened with delivery and damage to product. That is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Our install team doesn't unbox product until arriving to install in order to prevent any damage. So we are unaware if an appliance has concealed damage i.e. dents or scratches. I followed up with our customer department and they confirmed that your dad was contacted last Friday 1/21 and Warners' Stellian will be replacing the unit due to its' damage. Claire in sales was great and kept me updated throughout the lengthy delays in delivery due to COVID/shipping. The delivery team was AMAZING and took great care of the home while taking doors etc apart to fit the new fridge in. They even moved the old fridge into the basement for me which was not easy!

Excellent service from sales people and delivery guys. Excellent communication about delivery details and phone call with 30 minute heads up for delivery arrival. Have been happy with Warners Stellian over the years and therefore a returning customer.
