  Had arranged for this company to evaluate placing a furnace. After calling them to confirm if they could still make it out here I was told they have me on the list for afternoon and would call me an hour before coming...no call, not even to cancel. I wasted an ENTIRE day waiting. My time is just as important as theirs. No way to do business. If I can't even trust a call saying they just can't make it, or sorry for the inconvenience, I am certainly not going to trust them with the work.

  Did not show up when they said they would I called and messaged several times and did not get any response. Should have at lease had the common curtesy to let me know they weren’t going to do the job so I could make other arrangements just left me high and dry.
