Their routine service is outstanding, and their emergency service has been always very responsive.  Since August of 2017, the new unit has internet connectivity and they can now approach service issues remotely, having a great deal of information even before arriving at my house when there is a problem. My realtor recommended Wall Turner. I had an issue with lights flickering several months ago and couldn't easily detect the issue at first, so I recorded it and they sent another technician, Jason, who was able to detect and fix the issue. Jason is a great technician and is very thorough in his findings. Although, the issue wasn't detected the first time, I give them 5 stars for professionalism and persistence.
The receptionist calls you in advance to let you know the techs are on their way and service is prompt.
