  We purchased a Series 7 Water Furnace package unit with optional water heating about three years ago. I do not write reviews until there is a track record. In this case, the unit installed by Doug Wall has performed well, meeting / exceeding expectations. Our home is two story and conventional contractors wanted to install two units. Doug used zoning and one unit. One zone covers upstairs and one downstairs. With the combination of a variable speed unit and zoning, this has worked out perfectly. I recommend Doug Wall and would do this install again.

  Doug did an excellent job correcting installation issues with our geothermal unit and replacing a fused switch. He was very careful and kept us appraised of what he was finding as he went. We were really appreciative of his staying much longer than he thought he would have to and explaining all of the ins and outs involved with our system.

  Doug Wall is extremely knowledgeable about geothermal heating and cooling. He was exceptionally detailed in his installation of our new unit, from a carefully detailed quote through the final steps of installation. He modified the unit to fit into our small space, and his price was lower than other quotes. He also helped us acquire rebates. Overall, I would highly recommend Doug Wall for heating and air expertise.
