  WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! A work order was submitted by my insurance AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, to which, I was advised I would be receiving a call from representative from Walker A/C to set up an appointment for service. I called multiple times prior to them closing and no one answered. I received a text stating, "will call back shortly." Yet, I have not received a call back…. Also, The physical address on Google and POB does not exist. I have no clue why AHS is doing business with this ghost local company.

  Can't possibly offer less stars. The Owner Lady is the rudest most unprofessional person leading a company ever. She takes advantage of the fact that we live in an area that we need AC and she services you as she wishes without any care of how she affects you. The tech ( her husband) can say he will come by a certain day and she then proceeds to say no he can't go then. No Idea why they are still in business other than the fact that some home appliance insurance companies have them as their main option. I don't think anyone would hire them with her attitude out of their own will.

  Walker air is the worst company to do business with. I have been waiting 6 months for them to service my unit and nothing yet. Please do your self a favor and go with De Hoyos or a more reputable company. The only reason I am waiting is because this is through American Home Shield! I don’t wish this type of service upon anyone especially when children are involved! By far the least professional people I have ever dealt with!
