  I had a great experience with Waldorf-Riley. The technician quickly identified the issue with my AC unit. I was given options on repair or replacement. I chose to replace my almost 30 year old unit and was given a quote, same day. Two days later, my new AC and furnace was installed! From start to finish, everyone at Waldorf-Riley was on their game!! Highly recommend.

  Had heater problems on a Thursday called waldorf-Riley said they would have some one there in an hour for which I was thankful for because it was to snow that night and I have someone in the house that had suffered a stroke and need the heat .I was told by the tec that came out heater no good got to shut it off ...OK when can I get one put in was told they Could have someone there between 8 and 9 the next morning again thankfull in my head I figured they would tell me a week but they understood we needed heat and there the next morning on time was told it they would be done around 2:30-3:00 p.m al they guys that was there was superb I can say enough about how friendly helpful they where and they finished 3 hrs faster then what they thought it would take so to the folks in the office to the ones working in the fields thanks you very much for a job well done...will use them again if needed...
