  Walburn's was hired by our contractor to clean out all our ducts and system. Had to have him come back a second time. We emphasized that we have severe allergy problems and it must be thoroughly cleaned. 2 weeks later had to take my son to the ER because he has been struggling to breathe at night. Had someone else come out to see if everything was clean. Everything was dirty. They showed me pictures the return whatever it was called and it was covered in dirt and the filters were covered in dirt, a lot of dirt. I received a voicemail from Terry Walburn saying he just doesn't understand how this could be. We are having it cleaned out by a different company.
