  Terrible service. Called to get furnace fixed and was told they would be over soon. A week went by without word from them, called again to follow up and was told they would be out in a couple days. Again another week went by, called again, and was told they would be out in a couple days. Over a month has went by at this point. I understand that it is probably the busy season for furnace repair; however what I do not understand is why I was repeatedly told they would be out in the next few days? Why lie? If you don't have time or frankly don't want more business, just say so.
