  I needed my fascia and soffit removed because it tested positive for lead. I contacted Waco Inc. to help with my project. I gave a gentlemen my information and he said he would contact me and set up a date. He did not contact me so I called again two days later. The gentlemen acted as if he forgot so I let it go. He said he would be able to come that very day and would show around 12. I stuck around the house even though I needed to get to school because I'm teaching a hybrid schedule. The gentlemen didn't arrive and I ended up late for work; mind you, I'm an educator. I called the company and the gentlemen said he got caught up in paperwork and may or may not make it to my house. I once again let it go and asked if he could come on Monday. He said okay. I called on Monday to confirm and the woman at the company sounded bothered that I was calling again. I asked if the man could come to my house and the woman said he would come at 12pm. I never heard back from anyone. This company is highly unreliable and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Response: I actually was a customer. I contacted you all numerous times for you to remove the fascia on my house. You did not show up the first time. I rescheduled for the following Monday and you did not show up then either. Every time I asked someone to take a look at the fascia there was a new excuse. So yes, I was supposed to be a customer but you all did not care to offer service. I would NOT recommend Waco Inc.
