  I highly recommend W.C. Borchelt & Sons. I was very pleased by the entire process from the initial visit, to the finished product. During the initial visit, I had made several requests of items I wanted covered in the work. When I received my quote for the work, each item was listed in detail. The larger chain company I used as my competitive quote did not take a single note of any of my specific requests saying the installer will worry about that. This made it clear from the start I would be in better care with W.C. Borchelt & Sons. Now that my AC unit, furnace, and water heater have all been replaced, I am extremely happy with the quality of work. All of the staff was extremely respectful and helpful throughout the entire installation.

  They installed replacement sump pump and backup. They were less expensive than a competitor's quote and more importantly, they were open about the brand/model of what they were putting in so I could do my own research. After selecting them, they were out the next day - an 'old-time' plumber and his apprentice. Fantastic work.

  Seth was a true professional who answered all questions we had. He repaired a cracked pipe under our kitchen sink. I would strongly recommend Borchelt & Sons for any plumbing needs! I would also say that Seth is a valuable employee with this company!
