  I decided to purchase an electric heat pump system and do a gas to electric conversion in my 1926 house, while also taking advantage of the SMUD rebate. I had many bids, but I chose Vital Comfort because of Vitaliy's professional, honest, and knowledgable manner. His work was amazing and the system is running beautifully! He was so patient answering my many questions and explaining which system might be best for my home. From the estimate to the completion of the installation, I found his honesty and transparency to be refreshing! I think he offered the right-sized system and the best overall price and value. I would highly recommend Vital Comfort to anyone considering a new HVAC system!.

  My partner and I can’t recommend Vital Comfort enough. I wish we could give Vitaly six stars! After seeking out estimates from over five different contractors to replace our HVAC system and complete other upgrades through the SMUD rebate program, Vitaly was the PERFECT choice. He stood out with a clear passion for his field, attention to detail, fair prices, and clear pride in his work. Our job was a little complicated — we have a small house with unique needs. We talked at length about options that would balance efficacy and energy efficiency. It was clear that Vitaliy is up to date on the latest in home efficiency and he takes pride in pushing his field forward. He was patient with our timeline, clearly knowledgeable, and NEVER pushy. I appreciate that he never tried to oversell us — in fact, based on our home size, he recommended a smaller HVAC unit, saving us money. Additionally, Vitaly made excellent recommendations that no other contractor mentioned, answered all of our questions, and gave us a very fair estimate. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and quickly, and he was communicative throughout the project. It was so refreshing. We are so thrilled with our new HVAC system — our home is noticeably more comfortable and we’ve seen a noticeable drop in our energy costs. The equipment is so quiet we have to walk up close to tell its running. We wish every contractor could be as great to work with as Vitaly — we can’t recommend him enough

  Vital comfort was one if many (7) bids that we considered when our 30 year old system began to fail. We decided to install a heat pump system for efficiency and to take advantage of the SMUD rebate. With the assistance of staff at SMUD we were given several names of professionals that had experience installing heat pump systems. Vitaliy was prompt to respond to our request for an evaluation and estimate. He patiently endured our many questions during our decision making process. His bid was comprehensive and one of the lowest bids we received. Although cost was a factor, we chose Vitaliy because of his easy going manner and knowledge of the equipment. He overcame unforeseen structural issues with our home and was always cordial and easy to work with. We would, without hesitation, recommend Vitaliy if you are considering replacing your HVAC system.
