  This is a horrible company. They came out when our AC was not working and told us it was our thermostat. That cost $200 - and they didn't replace the thermostat. We replaced our own thermostat and the AC still didn't work so I called them back - 20 times over several weeks. I left them probably 10 voicemails. I'm currently pregnant, working from home full-time because of COVID, with a 2-year-old, without my HVAC working at all. They took my $200 and ran with it I guess. They still have not called me back. Absolute worst company I have ever worked with - stay far away!

  This s the company was chosen by my Home Warranty company to fix my AC. At first, I thought they were great, someone answered when I called and they said they would try to get to me the same week but I got a call later that same day saying they had an opening in the late afternoon, and I thought, "this is amazing!". A very nice man came and looked at it and said he would submit the claim to my warranty company and it would take about 24-48 hours, then they would call to schedule a visit to repair it. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I have called multiple times and left messages multiple times but nobody ever answers the phone or calls back. We're about to get into 100°+ weather and I have 2 dogs at home without an AC. I understand summer is busy for AC repair, but who works here and what are you all doing that NOBODY can answer a phone or call customers back?

  Made a claim with my home warranty and got this company. Showed up on time and inspected the outdoor unit. Diagnosed a bad fan. Took my warranty deductible and said they would order the fan and call to schedule installation. 2.5 weeks and nothing. No call. Won't answer the phone and never sent my warranty company an update which was due 48 hrs after the initial service visit. These folks give american business a bad name. Wish I had investigated prior to having them come out. Better business bureau rating of a C for these same reasons with plenty of complaints. Do not do business with these people. Complete waste of time.
