  Most people like to write in frustration, but likely there is the silent majority of satisfied customers. I have been a customer for over a year, without delivery problems and/or customer service. Viking is a coop member, and the discount per gallon is an average of .30. Next week, they will serve the furnace. I am expecting good service.

  Easy to work with and they do a very good job not letting your fuel fall too low. As a new customer they will service your furnace for free the first year and that made a huge improvement on the efficiency of my furnace and made it quieter.

  We have been using Viking for years! They are always great to work with: quick, dependable, good customer service and flexible. I left a message for oil over the weekend... They were here before 8:30am Monday morning. Was so happy!
