  Tim was a pleasure to work with. We first called because WE Energies found a gas leak and said we needed to have the automatic control valve on our furnace repaired before we could run it again. Tim was very timely and repaired it for us before one of the first cold days of the year. The second time we called we were having issues with water leaking under our furnace. He was able to come out and have it repaired in minutes! Both times Tim has came out, He was clearly very knowledgeable as he was able to explain the problem and let us know exactly how he would fix it. We are so appreciative for Tim's services and will call him for any of our heating and cooling needs!

  I use Tim for all my Heating & A/C needs. I've been in the trades for almost 30 years and have run my own business for almost 11 years now and I've been very blessed to have surrounded myself very with just not quality contractors but with quality people and Tim definitely fits all of the above. Tim understands things that I feel many have forgotten. Attention to details, Professionalism, Quality and more importantly he understands how to communicate with my customers and educate them if needed. My business is definitely better having Tim as part of my team. I've always used quality contractors because I feel that's what I and, my customers deserve. I previously used a local company in the lake Mills area for 10 years and since new ownership took over that company has lost a lot of the qualities that my customers deserve and since switching over to Tim those those qualities have been restored and them some. Tim looks at a lot things the same as I do and because of that I feel Tim and I will be working together for many, many years and I couldn't be happier to have him a part of my Team.

  Came out same day when other companies in the area would not or could not. Very professional, punctual and was able to help me with my heating issue immediately. I definitely will be calling Victory Heating and Cooling for any of my heating and cooling needs.
