  Victory installed a unit in out new home in November of 2019. When late spring rolled around in 2020 we tried to use the ac and it would not work. Victory came out multiple times that summer to try and keep the unit running through the 2020 season. We tried to use the ac again in April of 2021 and the unit was down again, except this time they informed us that it was out of warranty. It is now July of 2021 and the unit is broken again. This company did a poor job of installing and also repairing this unit and has left me holding the bag. The main problem is a lack of responsibility on the part of the owner of this company. We obviously have a serious problem with this unit. I believe it has gone down 5 times in less that a year and a half. This company has not stood behind their work or their product.

  Josh was very helpful and explained everything to us. We had both of our units changed out and replaced. Wou.ld highly recommend this company
