  I am absolutely thrilled with my recent experience with Victoria Air Conditioning! Their phone operator (Misty, I believe) was outstanding! She was professional, concise, polite, called me back promptly, and worked diligently to resolve my issue. The technicians were great too! Not only were both technicians knowledgeable and professional. They were also empathetic, courteous, and very respectful. They fixed the internal part that got stuck (due to the recent power surge, in the neighborhood) and did so in a very timely manner. The system has been running flawlessly since then! They even thanked me for my service. How cool is that! Oh, and this was an after hours call out, too. Fair pricing for great service, what more could you want? I would honestly recommend them to anyone living in our area. And now, I know who to call, if I ever need AC services again! Thank you, Victoria Air Conditioning!
